Your Part in our Team:

  • Together with the embedded software development team, you will be responsible for implementing and testing the firmware for fuel cell systems and their accessories using test-driven development.
  • Your tasks will also include selecting and evaluating suitable hardware for the embedded systems.
  • You will actively work on the creation of specifications and cost estimates for new products and you will enjoy developing concepts and software architecture designs.
  • You support the maintenance of the codebase of existing products.
  • The automation of test procedures and continuous integration are part of your daily business.
  • You will work closely with other development teams to ensure optimal implementation of projects. This gives you interdisciplinary insights and learning opportunities.

You bring along:

  • Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology or similar and possibly some professional experience.
  • You have good knowledge of the programming languages C and C++.
  • Experience with microcontrollers of the STM32 family would be desirable.
  • You have initial knowledge of embedded real-time operating systems.
  • You are familiar with bus systems such as SPI, CAN, Ethernet etc.
  • The ability to read circuit diagrams would be a nice add-on.
  • Good written and spoken German and very good English skills round off your profile.
